Sarkari Job respects intellectual property. Our posts are written in our own words from official public notices, and we link to official documents instead of re-hosting them. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice as described below.
What your notice must include
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice through our contact page with "Copyright notice" in the subject.
How we respond
We review complete notices promptly, usually within five working days. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may notify the person who supplied it. Incomplete notices may not be acted on.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under good faith that it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Official notices and trademarks
Government notifications are public documents published by the issuing body. Names and logos of organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify the organisation that issued a notice. We do not claim any endorsement.
